They say that the eyes are the window to the soul; When Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday, she had ‘crazy eyes’. If you stare into them, you can see a woman running from the messy break-up of her marriage and the film, Uptown Girls.
Heather’s eyes are very similar to the pair worn by Jennifer Wilbanks - the ‘Runaway Bride’. Jennifer showed off her crazy eyes when she ran away from her fiance. Unlike Heather, Jennifer’s eyes are always crazy looking!
Hopefully Heather Locklear can face her problems, get clean, and get her pupils back!

Either way, Heather was arrested Saturday night in Santa Barbara County, for driving while impaired.
”Alcohol was not involved”, according to the crack-staff at TMZ, but test are still out on weather Heather was on drugs.
