Drew Carey Goes Casual

Have you watched The Price is Right lately? I’m not sure if host Drew Carey is trying to show more of his personality on-air, or if he’s over the gig and is just phoning it in?

Drew has stopped wearing neckties and is growing out his hair. Check out the before and after pics.

Drew use to always wear a necktie and kept his hair cropped short. He even wore a tuxedo for their ‘Million Dollar’ specials. You can’t tell from the above picture, but Drew’s hair is just a haircut or two away from the Tom Hanks Da Vinci Code look.

That ’Cliff Hangers’ yodeling guy is more dressed up than Drew now.

Maybe, everday at The Price is Right is casual Friday? I just hope Carey isn’t getting any style advice from the contestants on his show. I don’t want to see Drew in a home-made shirt with his picture on it and a bad pun.

That Price is Wrong!

I agree. While TPIR has a thread of sleeze behind the scenes, at least keep the class on air.

I like & prefer the new Drew Carey look, without a tie! You still look classy Drew, & you look like you are more comfortable! Your audience dresses casual, so why not YOU!? Keep up the good work; I watch The Price Is Right everyday.

Well, I think it’s fine. Perhaps next he’ll drop the coat, look like he’s doing a stand-up routine, then get his own sit-com like Rosanne did, and have gone full circle. Really, I agree with him… I have longer hair and don’t wear ties either. Comfortable but understated elegance, you know….

John, I understand you. I just can’t image Bob Barker going tie-less? I wonder what Bob thinks of Drew’s dressing down?

Bob Barker may have sexually harrassed some of his ‘Beauty’s’ of the years – but he knew how to wear a tie.

Drew’s just a step away from looking like Elton John.
