Miley Cyrus has started another celebrity feud. No, this time its not with Selena Gomez, a Jonas Brother, or anyone else in the tween circuit. Miley’s latest target are Rock experimentalists Radiohead.
After the band allegedly snubbed her at the Grammy Awards, Miley took to the airwaves to talk about her once “favorite” band.
“I left ’cause I was so upset. I wasn’t going to watch. Stinkin’ Radiohead! I’m gonna ruin them, I’m going to tell everyone.”
The only way Miley could ruin Radiohead, is to swap CDs with them! Imagine opening a Radiohead CD case and finding a Miley Cyrus album!
Miley dissing Radiohead is like Thomas Kinkade lecturing Leonardo Da Vinci.
Radiohead replied to Miley’s rant saying, “When Miley grows up, she’ll learn not to have such a sense of entitlement.”

RK: I agree with your analogy about Miley becoming a trashy prodigy (the apple never falls far from the tree), but to assert she has “……too much talent…..” leaves me scratching my head. You obviously have never heard this girl sing.
Can she hold a note? Yes, but so can 80% of people who sing along with the radio. Is she a good “technical” singer, one who commands her vocal instrument with strong inflection and reverberation at will? No, not by a long shot. Again, she has no better vocal skills than 80% of people singing along with the radio. Whitney Houston she is not. Even Bjork, whose vocal stylings are more akin to whales humping, has more artistic merit than Miley’s skill set.
miley cyrus is a promising your actress with a future career in both singing and acting. she is a very talented girl that is why my kids admire her.

Um, who is Miley Cyrus anyway – I mean seriously, I have never heard of her. Ever. Until this posting! Nothing to scream about, she’ll disappear into obscurity at some point soon. Already obscure to me anyway, though I understand she’s just a souless, tweeny-bopper who makes awful sugary-indie-pop shite. To the mum on here who says her kids listen to her – Christ, give your kids something/someone GOOD to look up to! It’s like, I’d so be pleased as punch if my kids preferred to look up to say, Jimi Hendrix than Britney Spears! I’d rather their idols be some coke-snorting-heroin-shooting ‘demon’ (but has TONS of TALENT and ‘real’ SOUL) than some fake plastic squeaky clean-image-obsessed pop-moppet (who can yes, hold a note, but not really sing let alone write their own songs)… Anyway, where was I? Errr, ok, Radiohead. Now, what can I say about Radiohead? Nothing much except they stick to their morals, they don’t go out of their way to annoy people (which perversely, annoys other people). Long live Radiohead. And the method they choose to work/operate amongst the industry should be followed by others. Admittedly, you need some cash for that power to operate as such but once you’re there in the system, there’s no reason why you can’t do as you please (as long as you’re consistently selling your records [and even then that isn't a priority], and more important still, HAPPY with your results. It’s also a boon to keep on experimenting as you keep going.) I’m sure Radiohead couldn’t give a shit about Miley’s invitation to meet her. If it was someone who they may have heard and liked, I dunno, someone like, say, Prince or whoever, they MAY have popped their collective (Radio)head in to say hello! And had they not, I’m sure Prince wouldn’t give a shit either. Basically, this is just childish and beneath Radiohead. It just shows how stupid some people can be. And also how the shit-stirrers (the media) are stupid too and make things into things that they really aren’t.
