Gary Busey was in a serious motorcycle accident in 1988. His skull was fractured and he suffered permanent brain damage. Somehow, the accident unlocked a part of Gary’s brain that creates acronyms. These acronyms or backronyms, are bizarre and weirdly charming.

I don’t think Busey was on any version of the Twilight Zone. Maybe it was Outer Limits you’re thinking of. He was in the episode called Revival.
