Simon Cowell is a quitter. Cowell is quitting American Idol that is, and bringing his other hit singing competition from the UK, X-Factor to FOX.

Cowell’s ‘Idol’ contract is up after this season and is said to be courting Paula Abdul to be a judge on X-Factor.

I can only imagine what Simon’s saying to woo her?  “Paula, you complete me. You’re the Gin to my Tonic, the Rum to my Coke.”

With plans to have American Idol in the Spring, So You Think You Can Dance in the summer, and X-Factor in the fall, the FOX network has this well planned out!

If this was NBC, I’m sure they would try to get Jay Leno in there somewhere, screwing everything up!

If you want to continue to see Paula Abdul’s crazy dancing, and incoherent praise on American Idol, – the producers are going to have to give her a raise.

With Ryan Seacrest’s recent $45 Million dollar contract and Simon Cowell’s rumored $144 Million payday; Contract-less, Abdul, is demand more money to re-sign.

‘Idol’ auditions are starting back up Aug. 8th, so Abdul is just a few weeks away from becoming the next Brian Dunkleman!

I don’t see what the problem is; don’t the ‘American Idol’ producers know all they have to do is throw in a case of beer to sweeten the pot?

I have a feeling American Idol host, Paula Abdul, is drinking again. The former singer is taking credit for today top pop stars.

Slurs Paula,

“My videos stand the test of time. They are like the almanac for every performer. Even Rihanna has come up to me and said ‘I hope you don’t mind.’ And Beyonce. You can see the influence of what I’ve done. It’s really fun to see that I’ve left a mark. It was my idea to create an animated character. It takes a lot of focus, a lot time, and a lot of money.”

The only singers I think Paula inspired are junkie, Amy Winehouse, and Britney Spears circa 2007 to 2007, also know as the ‘CRAZY Brit year’!

For being on a reality show, Paula is living in some kind of bizarro world, where it rains jello-shots and rivers flow with Jack Daniels?

I cant imagine any young singing hopefully dreaming to have a career like Paula’s: One that took two steps forward and ten steps back!

Lately Paula Abdul has hinted that she would like to be a contestant on ‘Dancing with the Stars’, but after Wednesdays ‘American Idol’, I think she is better suited for ‘Celebrity Rehab’. The format on A.I. was slightly different than normal. All the contestants sang one song, while the Judges took notes, then they were critiqued individually by each ‘Idol’ judge.

When it got to Paula’s turn she looked buzzed flustered, “Oh gosh, we’ve never had to write these things down ..” then she attempted to critique Jason Castro,  ”Jason, first song, I loved hearing your lower register, which we never really hear, um … .”

“The second song, I felt like your usual charm wasn’t — it was missing for me. It kind of left me a little empty.”  Second song?!? Whats exactly  in Paula’s red ‘Coca-Cola’ cup? None of the contestants had performed a second time. Maybe she meant that her cup was “empty”?

After a few awkward moments, Ms. AbdulO’doule’s realized her gaffe and tried to explain that she read her notes for Jason Cook by accident. But, trying to clean up Paula’s train-wreck, Simon Cowell quickly asked her who was her “favorite?”; Paula replied “David Cook”, the same person who had apparently left her empty?
