Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will appear in a Los Angeles court today for further child custody hearings. Also on tap for the presiding, will be the findings from Brit’s court-ordered psychiatric evaluation, which should include her mental state and reports on her parenting skills.

According to a source from OK! magazine, the results are a “mixed bag” and doctors feel that “she still has mental issues to contend with.”

The bigger question is: Will she arrive on time? Remember last year when crazy-Britney was always hours late to court, and then if she did show up, she looked like she just rolled out of bed? I bet with daddy Spears in control, Brit-Brit will be punctual and looking like she just stepped off the set of ‘How i Met Your Mother’.

Maybe poppa Spears is telling her that he got her a role in a new movie, entitled ‘How i Met Your Honor’?
